We want you to be satisfied. Therefore we offer the following return policy:
3XSocial, Social Profit Formula and Pinterest Courses:
If you feel dissatisfied with this course at any time during the first 30 days after your initial purchase, please let us know by visiting helpme@3XSocial.com and submit a support ticket to the Billing department. We will gladly refund your payments to date.
Social Profit Club:
Since the Social Profit Club doesn't begin until 61 days after your 3XSocial purchase, you will not be billed before that. If you decide to cancel your Club membership any time before the end of the course, simply and submit a support ticket to the Billing department. We will remove your club subscription and you will never be charged for it.
Once the club has begun, if you wish to cancel, visit and submit a support ticket to the Billing department and we will cancel future payments. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for months already paid for.
3XSocial Advisor Program:
If you decide to cancel your membership in the 3XSocial Advisor Program, you may do so anytime within the first 30 days after ordering simply by emailing us at helpme@3XSocial.com and let the Billing department know you want to cancel your membership.
You will receive a refund for all unused coaching session weeks, (since we have to pay our coaching staff for all sessions, you will be charged $150 for each elapsed week’s session prior to cancellation whether or not you actually attended that session.) Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for sessions already held/missed sessions.
Sorry, but we cannot provide refunds for missed Advisory sessions.
If you decide you do not want to attend, or are unable to attend the 3XSocial Live! conference, you may request a refund at any time PRIOR TO 24 HOURS BEFORE the start of the conference by emailing us at helpme@3XSocial.com and letting the Billing department know you want to cancel your attendance. If your email requesting a refund is received prior to 24 hours before the start of the conference, we will promptly refund your ticket price and cancel your conference registration.
If you arrive at the conference, and at the end of the 1st day you are not satisfied with the conference, you may turn in your badge and request a refund from any staff member at the conference.
